Clinical performance of a novel chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay for FGF23

現在保険診療で使用されているFGF23の測定法（CLEIA）に関して、保険収載を目的に慢性低リン血症の鑑別診断での本測定法の有用性を示した臨床試験の報告です。非FGF23関連低リン血症と思われた群にFGF23高値による低リン血症症例が2例含まれており、図らずも肺小細胞癌と前立腺小細胞癌でもFGF23の異所性産生を起こし低リン血症性骨軟化症を惹起する可能性を示した報告でもあります。
