Burosumab treatment in adults with X-linked hypophosphataemia: 96-week patient-reported outcomes and ambulatory function from a randomised phase 3 trial and open-label extension

成人X連鎖性低リン血症性くる病に対するブロスマブ（クリースビータ®）の第3相試験において、96週までの患者さんの疼痛指標や関節機能の指標、6分間歩行などの経過をまとめた報告がRMD Openに発表されました。96週目でもいずれの項目でも改善を維持しており、より長期におけるブロスマブの効果が明らかとなりました。また安全性の面での長期投与における問題は指摘されませんでした。
